Effective 2026-07-14

1. What we don’t collect

Sendr does not ask you for, and does not collect:

  • Email addresses, phone numbers, or names
  • Passwords, seed phrases, or private keys
  • KYC documents or identifying photos

There is no Sendr account. The only credential you present to the site is a wallet signature, which we do not persist.

2. What is unavoidably observable

Some data is generated as an inherent consequence of using the web and the blockchain, whether we want it or not:

  • On-chain footprint — every deploy, swap, or fee-collect you sign is recorded on Robinhood Chain and is public forever. Sendr has no ability to hide or redact this.
  • RPC provider logs — the third-party RPC (currently Alchemy) that serves reads for the frontend sees your IP and the queries you make. Their retention policy governs those records.
  • Hosting logs — Vercel, our current hosting provider, records request IPs, user agents, and status codes for a limited period as part of standard web operations.
  • IPFS gateway logs — when the frontend fetches token metadata or images, the gateway (currently Pinata) sees the request.

We do not correlate these logs with your wallet address. We do not sell them.

3. Wallet + RPC

When you connect a wallet the browser extension shares your public address with the site. That address is used only to populate the UI (your balances, your positions) and is not written to any server-side store. The wallet itself and its RPC provider handle transaction signing and broadcasting; Sendr does not intermediate that path.

4. Analytics

The site may use privacy-preserving, aggregate analytics (page views, referrers) with cookies limited to first-party session state. We do not use ad networks, cross-site trackers, or fingerprinting scripts. If we introduce analytics in the future that require user consent, we will surface a consent prompt before enabling them.

5. Third parties

Sendr relies on third-party infrastructure providers:

  • Vercel — hosting for the web frontend
  • Alchemy (or equivalent) — RPC access to Robinhood Chain
  • Pinata — IPFS pinning for token metadata and images

Each has its own privacy practices; use of the Sendr frontend is subject to those.

6. Cookies

The site uses only strictly necessary cookies — those needed to preserve UI state within a session. There is no cross-site or profiling cookie.

7. Data subject requests

Because Sendr does not maintain a database of user identity, we cannot delete, export, or modify data associated with a specific person or wallet — there is nothing on our side to delete. For data held by third parties (Vercel, Alchemy, Pinata) please contact them directly.

8. Contact
