1. What Sendr is
Sendr is a permissionless interface — an open-source web frontend plus a set of audited Solidity contracts — that lets any wallet deploy an ERC-20 token, open a Uniswap V3 pool for it, and lock the resulting LP position on Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663). Sendr does not custody user funds. Every action is signed by the user's own wallet against public smart contracts.
2. No financial advice, no warranty
Nothing published on this site, in the contracts, or through any Sendr channel is investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell, or a promise of any outcome. Every token launched through Sendr is created by an independent third party and Sendr has no control over its price, marketing, or long-term prospects.
The Sendr contracts, this website, and any related tooling are provided "as is" with all faults. Sendr and its contributors disclaim every express and implied warranty to the maximum extent allowed by law, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.
3. Assumption of risk
Deploying, buying, holding, or trading a Sendr-launched token carries substantial risk of total loss. That risk includes, but is not limited to:
- Smart-contract bugs in Sendr, Uniswap V3, WETH, or the token itself
- Adversarial trading: MEV, sandwich attacks, front-running, and other on-chain hostile behavior
- Chain-level risk: reorgs, downtime, or governance changes on Robinhood Chain
- Illiquidity: a token can lose all its liquidity to a sufficiently large sell without the LP position being recoverable
- Legal and regulatory changes in your jurisdiction that make trading, holding, or launching tokens unlawful
By using Sendr you acknowledge these risks and agree that no counterparty — Sendr, its contributors, or the deploying wallet — is required to make you whole.
4. What the contracts do, and don’t
The Sendr contracts enforce specific technical guarantees which are described on the How it works page and can be verified against the deployed bytecode. Those guarantees do not extend to anything outside the contract layer, including:
- The intentions or good faith of the deploying wallet
- Trading behavior after launch (the deployer can buy or sell in the open market like any other participant)
- External claims made in a token's metadata JSON, socials, or off-chain marketing
5. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use Sendr for any launch that:
- Violates applicable law in your jurisdiction
- Impersonates a real person, project, or protected brand
- Encodes or advertises hate, harassment, or content targeting a private individual
- Represents an unregistered security under the rules of your jurisdiction
The Sendr frontend may refuse to display or index any launch it reasonably believes falls into the above categories. The contracts themselves are permissionless and cannot be censored.
6. Emergency admin (LP locker)
SendrLPLocker exposes an adminTransferPosition function for incident response — for example, to migrate liquidity out of a broken Uniswap deployment. It pays out all pending fees to the creator and treasury first and cannot mint or drain user tokens. The admin role can be renounced by an explicit call and may be renounced at any time; consult the admin page for current state.
7. Liability cap
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Sendr's aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the site or the contracts is capped at USD one hundred (US$100). No party is liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits or lost tokens, even if advised of the possibility.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top of the page changes when we do. Material changes will be linked from the site header for a reasonable period. Continued use of Sendr after an update means you accept the revised terms.
